After joining quora, a lot of people asked me about my
morning routine. However, what people assumed and didn't know was that I
constantly add changes to my morning routine. And I ensure that even my morning
routine is inspected and checked to make sure evolves over the period of time.
So in this video you are going to get the changes that I have made in my
morning routine and to your surprise, you will also get an evening routine that
I will share with you.
So if you are interested here is how my morning routine
looked before and how it looked after.

Morning routine (BEFORE)
1.         Wake up
2.         Shower
3.         Breathing
Exercise (10 mins)
4.         Pushups
5.         Meditation
6.         Work 3 hours
x 4 times or 4 hours X 3 times
7.         Evening -
Drink apple cider vinegar

Morning routine (AFTER)
1.         Wake up
2.         Walk +
Breaking (35 mins)
3.         Pushups +
Exercise
4.         Shower
5.         Meditation
6.         Study 1 hour
7.         Then Work 3
hours x 3times

Evening Routine
1.         1 hour
before sleeping Reading 10 pages
2.         Apple Cider
Vinegar
3.         Breathing
4.         Meditation
5.         Sleep
